In order to make an order, there are two possibilities: online or by phone.


TELEPHONE ORDER - For a phone call, call one of the numbers displayed on the site and our operators will take your order, contact details and delivery address and will help you select products to be the ones you want. The order will be delivered as soon as possible.


ONLINE ORDER - Create an account for your online order and from your account you can access all product categories and subcategories, choose the products you are interested in, select the quantity you want and add them to your cart. You can always see the ordered products, the quantity you have selected and the value of your purchases. After completing the order, choose the delivery address and payment method, you will receive a mail with the order you made. In the shortest time you will be contacted by our operators to confirm the order.


Orders can be delivered by:

  • Romanian Post - Anywhere in the country - Low cost - Arrival time between 2 - 4 business days
  • Fan Courier - In Bucharest and in the country (in the coverage area) - Average cost - Arrival time 1 - 2 business days
  • International: DHL – for further information please contact us by phone

We offer free shipping for all orders placed over 300 lei (only the value of the products), shipments are made by Romanian Post or Fan Courier.

Important: Orders that meet Fan Courier's free shipping conditions, if the locality is not part of the Fan Courier network, will be sent via the Romanian Post Office (through their partners in the country).

Transport costs are as follows:
  • - Romanian Post in Romania (anywhere in Romania): 10 lei
  • - Fan Courier in Bucharest: 10 lei (the courier makes deliveries on Saturday)
  • - Fan Courier in Romania (in courier network): 10 lei
  • - DHL – international (fur further details please contacts us)
  • Orders to non-Fan communities will be sent via the Romanian Post and its partners.

At this time there are two ways to pay:


- RAMBURS on receipt of the package
- PAYMENT ONLINE WITH THE CARD - through EuPlatesc (Romania) and Payza (International) payment processor (Visa / Visa Electron / MasterCard / Maestro)
If you have chosen the "Online banking card" payment method, you need to fill out a form with your card information on the secured payment processor page.
- Credit / debit card payments issued under Visa and MasterCard (Visa / Visa Electron and MasterCard / Maestro)
is performed through the "3-D Secure" system developed by organizations that provide on-line transactions the same level of security as ATMs or in the physical environment to the merchant.
- "3-D Secure" assures first that no information related to your card is transferred or stored at any time on the servers of the store or the payment processor's servers, these data being directly entered into the Visa systems and MasterCard
